1. How can I track my order?

2. Can I change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to modify it. However, if you contact our customer service team immediately after placing the order, we may be able to assist you with cancellations or modifications before the order is shipped.

3. What should I do if I received a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the item.

Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.
